Czech Convention Bureau


Czech Convention Bureau coordinates all marketing activities used in communication with foreign partners and potential clients who are interested in organizing meetings, incentive events, conferences and exhibitions in the Czech Republic. The nature of the project is coordination of activities of regional agencies in the Czech Republic and their education, creation of the required level of services in each region and assistance in the presentation of their total product. 

The agency also makes efforts to harmonize the presentation of all regions of the Czech Republic. Its representatives promote the Czech Republic as a congress destination at trade shows abroad or on "fam and press -trips". 

The new Czech Convention Bureau has been performing its role since January 1st 2009. Its main purpose is to promote the Czech Republic effectively at home and abroad as an ideal destination for holding conferences and incentive events in order to increase the number of such events held in individual regions od the Czech Republic.
